It is especially important to us that you feel completely at ease during your holiday. That is why we cultivate an informal, friendly atmosphere with our guests and have lovingly furnished all the rooms. Enjoy the cosy atmosphere of our house, which looks back on a history of over two hundred years. The dark ceiling beams and thick walls are reminiscent of a time long gone.

Unique location

Our guesthouse is quietly but centrally located in the idyllic village of Manderscheid. Escape from everyday life in one of the spa parks and explore the surrounding castles. The historic castle festival at Niederburg Castle is particularly recommended, which attracts visitors in August with exciting jousting tournaments, medieval music and a varied craft market.

Unforgettable nature experiences

Discover the unique landscape of the Volcanic Eifel on foot, by bike or motorbike. Among other things, the world-famous crater lakes, the dark caves and imposing rock formations are worth seeing. By the way, the name of our guesthouse is no coincidence: The house is located directly on the Lieserpfad - a beautiful hiking trail from Boxberg via Manderscheid to Wittlich. Experience the picturesque nature along the Lieser far away from road noise and watch how the quietly babbling brook slowly grows into a raging river.
